Larry Ladobruk - Club Head Coach / Technical Director
Larry has coached and played soccer here in Manitoba for most of his life.  He coached and played for Germania in the Molson Super Soccer Alliance and he has also coached numerous youth and senior teams in Manitoba.  In addition, Larry was a provincial coach for 7 years with Manitoba Soccer and he was on the coaching stadd of the Sons of Italy senior men's team that won a National Championship in 2002.  Larry currently holds a National B license certification which he obtained in 2008.

Laurie McIvor - Assistant Technical Director
Laurie began coaching with Ft. Rouge S.C.  In 1974 after suffering a career ending knee injury a year prior.  He coached the team for 10 years, winnipeg the MSA Cup twice, winning the Western Canada Cup and winning Silver at National Championships as well as numerous other competitive tournaments.  In 1984 Laurie joined the MSA as Provincial Coach and Director of Coaching winning the Bronze medal at the Canada Summer Games.  In 1986 Laurie coached the Winnipeg Fury Reserve team until 1990 when he assisted Ken Wharton coach of the Winnipeg Fury.  In the fall of 1991 he was asked and accepted the role of General Manager of the Winnipeg Fury and in 1992 the team won the MITA Cup defeating the Vancouver 86'ers.  Laurie was presented the "Order of Buffalo Hunt" in 1992 by Premier Gary Filmon and was Staff Coach at NTC Edmonton.  Laurie received the CSA Award of Merit in 2002 for his work in soccer at Club and Provincal level and was inducted into the Manitoba Hall of Fame in 2008.

Rudy Hartfiel - Staff Coach - Developmental Soccer
Rudy has been an active member within the Northwest district as a Coach, Convenor, and Director for over 15 years.  Since the creation of Northern Lights and subsequently FC Northwest, Rudy has been very active in the developmental portion of the program and has worked extensively with younger players.  He has been actively involved in caoching at all levels and been heavily involved with FCNW Summer Camos, DTC, and Elite Academies.  He has expierence coaching numerous yourth and senior men's teams and  currently holds a Provincial "B" License.

Jerry Hildebrand - Staff Coach - Developmental Soccer
Jerry played here in Manitoba for Fort Rouge in the Manitoba Super Soccer Alliance where he was names as the leading scorer on 3 different occasions.  Jerry and his team won numerous Provincial Championships and also won a National Silver medal.  Jerry was also invited to Canada's National Camp and played for Hibs of Scotland when they had a friendly in Winnipeg.  Jerry jas coached out of St. Charles and Portage Trail for numerous years at all ages, Boys & Girls.

Serhiy Zan - Staff Coach - Goal Keeping
Serhiy moved to Canada from the Ukraine approx. three years ago and has been coaching Youth Soccer in Winnipeg for the past couple of years.  Serhiy has played at a competitive level almost all of his life, and played as a professional goalkeeper in the top two professional divisions in the Ukraine.  In addition to his extensive soccer background Serhiy also has a teaching background and University Degree in Human Kinetics/Physiology.  Serhiy is currently working towards obtaining his UEFA B Coaching License.
